Kuala Lumpur Aircond Service Direct is an in-house team founded by Anthony Lee in 2014. We service residential and commercial aircond units across all 24 KL districts — Daikin- and Panasonic-trained, work signed off in writing.
Anthony started the company in 2014 after seven years at a Daikin dealership in Setapak, where he trained as a service technician and ran his own service van for the last four years before going independent.
Today he leads a small team of in-house technicians. Anthony personally inspects every commercial job above 4 HP and signs off on every installation. He speaks Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin, and Cantonese — useful when walking a 65-year-old auntie in Cheras through a worn compressor capacitor, or talking shop with a kopitiam owner in Pudu.
Beyond the work, Anthony writes the WhatsApp replies, sets the weekly schedule, and runs follow-up calls six months after every service. The shop is small on purpose.
The four rules every job follows, residential or commercial. They’re the reason customers in Mont Kiara, Bangsar, and Pudu have used us for repeat work since 2014.
Every job priced upfront on WhatsApp before any unit is touched. No verbal estimates, no surprise charges at the end.
No subcontractors. Every technician on the van is on the company payroll and has worked with Anthony for at least two years.
On every service. Installation parts carry a separate 1-year warranty plus the manufacturer’s 5-year compressor warranty.
Before-and-after photos of every coil clean, drain pan, and gas pressure gauge — sent to your WhatsApp on completion.
The certifications and brand training the team carries — both for the trade and for safe electrical work on aircond installations.
How the company grew from a single service van in Setapak to a 5,000-unit service record across Kuala Lumpur.
Anthony goes independent after seven years at a Daikin dealership. One service van, residential aircond repair across north KL.
Signed a maintenance contract with a six-outlet cafe group in Bangsar and Mont Kiara. F&B drainage and chemical wash become a regular service line.
Moved into the unit at 91-2 Jalan Medan Putra 6 in Bandar Menjalara — used as a parts store and dispatch base for the team’s vans.
Crossed five thousand units serviced across all 24 KL districts. Roughly 60% residential, 40% commercial (F&B, retail, offices, clinics).
