These terms apply to the services provided by Kuala Lumpur Aircond Service Direct ("we", "us", "our") and to your use of our website. By booking a service with us, you agree to these terms.
We provide aircond servicing, chemical wash, gas top-up, repair, maintenance, overhaul, inspection, and split-unit installation for residential and commercial customers across Kuala Lumpur. The specific work and scope agreed for your job is whatever is set out in the written quote we send you.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the units being serviced at the scheduled time. If we cannot access the site or the appointment is missed without notice, we may need to reschedule.
Payment is due on completion of the work unless we agree otherwise in writing. We will confirm the accepted payment methods when we send your quote.
You are responsible for giving us accurate information about the unit and any known faults, and for telling us about anything on site that may affect safe working.
We carry out work with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any single job is limited to the value of that job. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms removes any rights you have under Malaysian consumer law.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible on WhatsApp so we can free up the slot.
