Aircond installation in Kuala Lumpur covers the job from assessing the site through to the unit running. We install wall-mounted split, ceiling cassette and ceiling-concealed systems for new homes, renovations and commercial fit-outs. What is involved varies with the property — where the outdoor unit can sit, how the pipe run and drainage need to be routed, and the electrical supply — so each installation is quoted after we understand the site.
Most KL homes go with wall-mounted splits. Cassette and ceiling-concealed are common in commercial fit-outs and high-end residential.
Standard residential install. Indoor unit on the wall, outdoor condenser on a balcony or AC ledge. Sizes 1.0HP to 2.5HP+ for bedrooms and living areas.
Four-way flow ceiling unit. Common in cafes, retail stores, and offices. Cools evenly across an open floor plan without a wall-visible indoor unit.
Fully hidden indoor unit inside the false ceiling, with grille outlets. Used in renovated condos and offices where no indoor unit should be visible.
Every quote we send covers the full scope below. Anything beyond standard (longer piping, false ceiling work) is added line-by-line — never tacked on after.
OEM-grade insulated copper piping between indoor and outdoor units. Longer pipe runs are quoted separately.
Heavy-duty galvanised bracket for outdoor unit, anchored with M8 expansion bolts.
PVC drainage from indoor unit to nearest drain point, fall angle tested for water flow.
From the nearest 13A power point or sub-board.
Refrigerant line evacuated to negative pressure, then charged with the OEM-spec R32 or R410A.
Outlet temperature measured, full waste removal from the property, photo evidence on WhatsApp.
Apartments, condos, and landed homes. New-build, renovation, or replacing an old unit. Usually 1.0–2.5HP wall-mounted splits, scheduled around your move-in or renovation timeline.
F&B fit-outs, retail shops, offices, clinics. Mostly ceiling cassettes or concealed systems sized to floor area and occupant load. We coordinate with your interior contractor on routing and ceiling access.

Quote covers the unit (if we’re supplying), labour, copper piping, electrical work, and any extras like longer piping or false-ceiling access.
Quick pre-install visit if needed (for cassette or concealed installs) to confirm ceiling access and drainage routing. Wall-split jobs typically skip this.
Mount bracket, run copper piping, drainage, and electrical. Vacuum down, gas charge, cold-air test. Photo evidence at each stage on WhatsApp.
Auto-reminder 6 months later for first service.
Full installation includes site assessment, 3 metres of copper piping, wall bracket, drainage line, electrical hookup to the nearest power point, vacuum-down of the line set, gas charge, cold-air test, and waste removal. Beyond 3m of piping is quoted per metre. New units come with whatever cover the manufacturer provides — we hand you the paperwork on completion.
Timing depends on the unit type and on ceiling access and drainage routing for cassette and ceiling-concealed installs. Multi-unit installations are scheduled with two technicians so the work runs in parallel.
